Position Details:
Role Overview:
You’ll report directly to the Associate Vice Provost/Executive Director (AVPED) and will manage the significant task of overseeing our Reciprocal Programs, handling inbound students from over 25 countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivation of relationships with international educational partners.
- Management of budgets and resources efficiently.
- Overseeing program management from admissions to student integration.
- Leading a dedicated team to ensure program excellence.
Important Requirements:
- Master’s degree and seven or more years of experience in international higher education.
- Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and emergency coordination.
- Proven capability in program and resource management.
- Willingness to travel and respond to emergencies outside regular hours.
Preferred Qualification:
- Fluency in a second language to enhance international collaboration.
Special Considerations:
- The position is based in Goleta, CA, with a hybrid work model. On-site presence is necessary for certain key functions.
