This individual would need to have a proven successful track record in leading marketing in higher education, an understanding of the study abroad market, the ability to use data strategically to evaluate the impact of customer behaviour, project management skills, graphic design and print production in Adobe Creative Suite, excellent writing skills, and be a strong leader to mentor their staff.
