The director is a key member of the leadership team within the Office of International Programs, reporting directly to the Associate Provost for International Programs.

The International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) office serves as the primary liaison for immigration advising, cultural adaptation, compliance for international students and scholars, and supports networking, academic connections, and collaboration with university departments, government agencies, and community advocates.
