Position Overview: Director of International Recruitment and Admissions at UNL

About the Role:
Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Enrollment Management (ASEM), the Director of International Recruitment and Admissions will spearhead UNL’s global recruitment strategies, with a primary focus on enhancing international student enrollment. This vital role involves the development of comprehensive, campus-wide initiatives to attract international students, overseeing a team responsible for global recruitment efforts, and collaborating with university leaders on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the international recruitment team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies aimed at achieving UNL’s international enrollment goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with global educational institutions, emerging markets, and partner schools to expand UNL’s international reach.
  • Act as the main liaison with partner agencies involved in international recruitment, enhancing UNL’s visibility in global arenas.
  • Collaborate with university leadership to refine international application review processes.
  • Regularly evaluate recruitment initiatives to ensure they deliver strong returns on investment.

  • Preferred: A Master’s degree, success in recruitment strategy execution for large universities, international living/studying experience, multilingual capabilities, and experience with CRM technology.
