Job Title: Director of International Enrollment Strategy and Admissions

Full-time

Salary Range: $102,868 – $107,222

The University of Colorado Denver is seeking a Director of International Enrollment Strategy and Admissions to play a key role in developing and implementing strategic international enrollment goals in alignment with the university’s enrollment management plan. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various departments and leadership to create recruitment strategies, oversee operational processes related to international student admissions, and drive enrollment growth.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement international recruitment strategy
– Lead operational processes for international student recruitment and admissions
– Supervise application processing and evaluation of academic credentials
– Collaborate with academic units and ESL Academy for recruitment of graduate and ESL students
– Provide strategic advice to academic units regarding international student recruitment
– Manage international admissions budget and evaluate ROI of recruitment activities
– Implement technology solutions to support international enrollment goals

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in related field
– 6 years of experience in international marketing and recruitment
– Experience overseeing operational details in international admissions office
– Knowledge of admissions systems and technology platforms
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work with diverse populations and provide excellent customer service
