Eckerd College is seeking a Director of Global Education to join our team in St. Petersburg, Florida. As the director, you will oversee all aspects of our Office of Global Education, providing support for existing international study programs for Eckerd College students. Your main responsibilities will include developing new programs, collaborating with faculty and students, promoting global competency, and ensuring program integration with academic studies.
To be successful in this role, you must have international experience, cross-cultural awareness, and strong administrative skills in managing study abroad programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with faculty, students, staff, parents, and college administrators. The ability to handle confidential information, lead program assessment, and work within a budget is also required.

To qualify for this position, you must have a Master’s degree in a related field, preferably with five years of experience in study abroad/global education at the college level. Supervisory experience is also required.
