Position Highlights:
As the Director of Centre Global (CG), you will lead one of the top-ranked study abroad programs in the U.S., managing initiatives across 13 countries and five continents. This role is pivotal in maintaining Centre’s commitment to global engagement—a core facet of the college culture, with approximately 80% of students venturing abroad during their academic journey.
Key Competencies:
- Demonstrated financial acumen for managing a complex international budget.
- Proficiency in international laws and U.S. State Department policies affecting study abroad.
- Expertise in risk management, crisis response, and compliance oversight.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication within diverse teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the CG team, fostering professional growth and collaborative development.
- Advocate for program resources using data-driven insights to support institutional objectives.
- Cultivate a diverse and inclusive academic environment.
- Spearhead the development of new international programs based on strategic needs assessments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of five years in international education administration.
- Certifications in professional standards for international education (obtainable upon hiring).
