ASC International, a division of the Anglican Schools Commission, is dedicated to providing services for international students who wish to study in our schools. Our programs are designed to support students throughout their time with us and ensure they have a positive experience. With 16 low-fee, co-educational schools in WA, Victoria, and NSW, the ASC promotes excellence in education. Your Role in Our Vision:
We are seeking a Director of ASC International to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in attracting international students to our schools. This pivotal role includes managing the ASC Language School, ensuring it aligns with our mission and values, and fostering a performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:
– Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance global student recruitment and program development for ASC International.
– Program Management: Lead the ASC Language School, ensuring high-quality educational offerings and market relevance.
– Market Development: Identify and develop international partnerships, expand market reach, and engage stakeholders to increase student enrollment.
– Operational Oversight: Manage operations, ensuring financial health and regulatory compliance.
– Team Leadership: Build a high-performance team culture, promoting professional growth and alignment with our values.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should support the ASC’s Vision, Core Purpose, Values, and Strategic Direction. You should have experience in international education markets, an understanding of global education trends, and ideally teacher registration (or eligibility) in WA and EAL/D teaching experience. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in growth and partnership development. You should also have strong operational efficiency and financial sustainability skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and be flexible and willing to travel occasionally.
