The Advancement Division at Imperial College London is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support, research, and data analysis on a global scale as part of their ambitious Global Team.

The Advancement Division, consisting of 90 colleagues, is responsible for raising £50-60m annually to support this mission. The division acknowledges donors appropriately and reports on all philanthropic income to the College.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As part of the Global Development Team, you will provide administrative support and strategic assistance to prospect and stewardship management through database management, report writing, and routine administrative support. You will also perform research and data analysis. This role requires a proactive, independent worker who can solve problems and prioritize tasks effectively while building strong relationships and communicating clearly.
Essential Requirements:
- Graduate level or equivalent education
- Experience in administrative or support roles
- Experience in development or alumni relations functions, or transferable experience in another sector
- Understanding of fundraising’s role in universities or other organizations
- Knowledge of data management systems
- Positive attitude towards collaboration
- Proficiency in manipulating data in Raiser’s Edge database or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, open-ended role based at South Kensington Campus. The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023 and may offer hybrid working for this role.
