Job Opportunity: Lead UAL’s Global Student Recruitment Strategy

As the International Student Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the operations driving foreign recruitment across all regions. This includes planning and running a mix of in-person and online events such as education fairs, workshops, and webinars. You will play a central role in coordinating collaborative efforts across departments, managing professional relationships with international agents, and upholding UAL’s commitment to ethical recruitment practices. Leadership duties include managing a team of Recruitment Managers, ensuring maximum impact and alignment toward the university’s strategic recruitment objectives.
📍 Hybrid Role: While the role is predominantly UK-based, there will be occasional opportunities to travel internationally to represent UAL and support recruitment initiatives abroad.
