International Student Recruitment Lead at University of the Arts London: A Dynamic Role in Global Education

This position presents an exciting opportunity for professionals eager to drive international student recruitment at University of the Arts London (UAL), one of the world’s leading creative universities. As a pivotal member of the international recruitment team, your role will significantly shape UAL’s global presence. In this leadership role, you’ll spearhead operations to attract students from diverse backgrounds across the globe, forging meaningful partnerships and coordinating key outreach initiatives such as education fairs, workshops, and webinars-both in-person and online. UAL’s mission is to ensure an exceptional experience for prospective students, guiding them seamlessly from their initial inquiry to enrollment in a wide range of pre-degree, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs.

A central responsibility will be managing UAL’s broad network of over 40 international representatives. This includes guaranteeing ethical, high-quality recruitment practices by implementing the Agent Quality Framework, as well as maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, recruitment agents, and other global stakeholders. You will oversee two Recruitment Managers, support the wider international recruitment team, and coordinate staff involved in global recruitment across UAL’s colleges. Although primarily based in the UK, some international travel will be required to attend recruitment events.
