Established in 2016, our Intellectual Forum (IF) aims to facilitate meaningful discussions and engagement across various academic and policy areas. As the Deputy Director, you will play a vital role in our leadership team, working closely with the IF Director and IF Manager, as well as leading our Professional Education Programmes. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to engage with diverse academic and policy fields.
As Deputy Director, you will collaborate with the IF Director and IF Manager to lead many of the IF’s initiatives, such as public events, conferences, a student internships program, policy development, and research. Specifically, you will oversee the delivery of executive education and student programs. This involves identifying suitable lecturers and activities, ensuring the successful execution of courses with the support of the IF Coordinator. Additionally, you will actively seek out and engage prospective clients for our executive education and student programs, establishing and finalizing agreements with their assistance.
The IF Deputy Director will receive a compensation of £45,585 (pegged to point 49 on the University of Cambridge pay scale), along with USS pension membership, daily lunch, access to High Table dining, and a wide range of other benefits within our dynamic community.
