Job Title: Deputy Chief Academic Officer – Registrar and Quality
Location: UK (Remote with occasional travel to Manchester office)
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, flexitime

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated leader to join NCUK as the Deputy Chief Academic Officer – Registrar and Quality. In this role, you will provide academic leadership on strategic and operational matters. Working closely with the CAO and senior leadership, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing academic affairs while driving excellence across NCUK.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide leadership and oversight of academic affairs, including teaching, learning, and assessment
– Lead and manage the Operations and Assessment functions across a global network of delivery partners
– Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory frameworks
– Collaborate with the CAO on major projects and take on substantial responsibilities in the Academic Directorate
– Shape strategy, enhance academic activities, and drive performance improvement

Requirements:
– Postgraduate or equivalent academic qualification
– Strong track record in academic leadership and a passion for academic excellence
– Ability to foster collaboration and transparency
– Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
