OVERVIEW The Director of International Admission at Denison University provides strategic leadership for the recruitment and enrollment of international students. Based in the Office of Admission and reporting to the Associate Vice President for Admission & Marketing, this role plays a central part in shaping the universityās global enrollment strategy. The position combines strategy development, relationship management, and hands-on recruitment work in collaboration with campus and international partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide strategic leadership for international student recruitment and enrollment – Develop and implement data-informed international recruitment strategies – Plan and execute international recruitment travel – Review and evaluate international undergraduate applications – Oversee financial aid strategy for international applicants – Liaise with global partners and external stakeholders – Manage relationships with international counselors – Represent Denison University at international recruitment events – Collaborate closely with enrollment management leadership – Work with campus stakeholders, including the Center for Global Programs REQUIREMENTS – Willingness and ability to engage in extensive international travel – Comfort with public speaking and representing the institution externally – Availability to work evenings and weekends as required WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International students contribute significantly to the academic, cultural, and global perspectives of a university community.
