Main Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Working with College Managers, College Directors & skilled companies colleagues to assemble data and knowledge to feed into the OfS registration course of
  • Gathering, monitoring, and recording after all, module, and evaluation knowledge for all faculties, each in-person and remotely
  • Gathering and importing tutorial paperwork from particular person faculties to shared Teams areas

Supporting Academic Affairs Team / Colleges

  • Support workstreams/initiatives throughout the Academic Affairs workforce and faculties

General

  • Provide general help for the division
  • Respond to any knowledge enquiries
  • Deal with confidential data / materials & making certain the safekeeping of such paperwork
