Key Responsibilities As AI Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Leading the implementation of the AI Corporate Strategy and ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives. Collaborating with external consultants on workflow assessments, ensuring team readiness for evaluations and workshops. Supporting the design and launch of AI pilot initiatives, such as intelligent document processing and automated analytics solutions. Ensuring AI technologies complement existing systems like Microsoft Power BI or ERP modules. Engaging stakeholders through training and change-management activities to support the adoption of AI technologies. Ensuring AI initiatives adhere to GDPR, data governance, and ethical AI frameworks. Qualifications and Competencies Applicants should have: Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies, ideally within the public sector or an international organization. Expertise in applied AI (e.g., LLMs, intelligent document processing, workflow automation). Familiarity with organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and governance within an AI/ML context. Advanced knowledge of GDPR compliance, cybersecurity, and ethical AI frameworks. Strong skills in mapping workflows, managing transformation projects, and delivering cross-functional collaboration. A degree in data science, computer science, or a related digital transformation field (advanced degrees are advantageous). Proficiency in English (additional knowledge of French or German is a plus).
