### Role Overview

**Position**: University of Bradford Dubai Regional Hub Recruitment Team Member

**Responsibilities**:

– Drive activities to convert applicants and offer holders into enrolled students.
– Execute various conversion activities and actively assess their effectiveness against set KPIs.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

– GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
– Exceptional understanding of delivering quality customer experiences and addressing diverse stakeholder needs.
– Experience in a diverse operational environment, preferably in higher education. This role covers markets in Turkey, Oman, Egypt, and Pakistan.
