Role Overview

The Compliance Officer role, within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor International’s portfolio, focuses on managing our international compliance initiatives, with a significant emphasis on the sustainability of our international student program. Key responsibilities include assessing prospective students against the Genuine Student (GS) criteria, ensuring the university attracts high-caliber students, and maintaining our Simplified Student Visa Framework (SSVF) rating’s global competitiveness. This position also entails processing student release requests and coordinating refunds, requiring flexibility to accommodate international markets.

The position offers a competitive base salary between $82,666 and $94,570 annually (HEW 5), complemented by a 17% superannuation package.
