The Collaborative Provision Projects Support Officer will assist the Collaborative Provision Projects Manager and Deputy Registrar: QA in managing the administration of collaborative arrangements both internationally and within the UK. This role requires close collaboration with the Collaborative Provision Manager to offer bilingual support to both internal team members and external partners at associated institutions.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in project support, evidenced by the application of project management methodologies, and possess business-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 6 or equivalent). Essential skills include experience in organizing and facilitating meetings with external parties, effective communication with diverse audiences, adherence to protocols, meeting deadlines, and maintaining proper documentation. Proficiency in using MS Office applications and relevant project management and translation tools is necessary.
The selected candidate must be capable of working autonomously as well as in a team, displaying confidence when interacting with a wide range of stakeholders professionally. Due to the nature of the position, collaboration with international partners may occasionally require work outside regular hours and occasional travel to partner institutions in the UK and abroad, especially in Asia.
