**Position: Fixed Term – 12 Months**

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team dedicated to providing top-notch administrative support for the University’s collaborative partnership programs with international partners. This position is crucial in maintaining and nurturing our relationships with overseas institutions. Key responsibilities include overseeing registration, course-related tasks, and assessment administration for specified partners and courses, handling inquiries from both partners and within the University, managing examination and assessment processes, and maintaining student databases with relevant unit information for progression and award decisions.

**Candidate Requirements:**

– Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
– Proven experience in maintaining administrative records and delivering superior administrative support in a professional setting.
– Familiarity with university student information and reporting systems is a plus but not mandatory.
– A proactive, hardworking, and adaptable approach to work, with the capacity to learn quickly.
– Ability to cultivate effective working relationships with academic staff, administrators, and collaborative partners.
