The Role
We are seeking two CAS and Visa Compliance Coordinators to join our newly aligned International Student Advice and Compliance Team at the University. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various advice and compliance procedures, including processing Student visa sponsorship requests and monitoring continued engagement. Working as part of a team, you will provide support to the wider university, making this role integral and diverse.
As a dedicated and enthusiastic member of our CAS and Visa Compliance Team, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience that aligns with the University’s Student Recruitment Strategy.
The Person
We are looking for a motivated individual who can work effectively in a team and handle the diverse needs of our customers. The CAS and Visa Compliance Coordinator is a crucial position within the University, responsible for managing and implementing advice and compliance policies to support our international students. This includes Student Route visa sponsorship and other immigration compliance requirements. The ability to promptly adapt to change in a demanding environment is essential. This department is busy with many conflicting demands, so the ability to perform well under pressure is necessary.
You will also represent the Service and the wider University to internal and external network groups, allowing you to develop and maintain a vital stakeholder network while staying updated on sector developments.

Recruitment and Admissions at Kingston University is a significant department within the Student Directorate, handling recruitment and admissions for home, EU, and overseas students.
We offer a strategic, operational, and advisory service to the University, covering all aspects of recruitment and admissions. This includes course marketing, student recruitment, student admissions, website management and development, design & print, copywriting, editing, international development, visa and immigration advice, events, and graduation services. Together, we are committed to widening access and improving customer service throughout the entire applicant journey.
Further Information
We have one full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of £32,271 per annum, and one part-time, permanent position working 18.5 hours per week, with a starting salary of £16,136 per annum (50% pro rata to £32,271 per annum).
