OVERVIEW The Admissions Counsellor at Crimson Education plays a central role in supporting students through highly competitive university application processes. Working within a global EdTech and college admissions consultancy, this role focuses on long-term planning, personalized strategy, and close collaboration with students and families around the world. The position is based in California but supports an international student population applying primarily to US and UK universities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide personalized admissions strategies tailored to each student’s academic profile, goals, and target universities – Guide students through the full US and UK university application processes – Collaborate with tutors and mentors to ensure aligned academic and admissions support – Support students and families worldwide through ongoing advising and communication – Deliver long-term planning and mentoring across multiple stages of the admissions journey REQUIREMENTS – – – WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS University admissions have become increasingly complex and competitive, particularly for international applicants navigating unfamiliar systems.
