The ISSO team at UMass Lowell is seeking a part-time International Student Services Assistant to support international students and scholars. The role includes customer service, triaging student and scholar inquiries, troubleshooting technical e-forms, supporting orientation and events for international students, assisting with office operations, and website management. The position works closely with ISSO advisors and executive staff and supports students in nonimmigrant visa classifications.
