OVERVIEW The Director of International Recruitment is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering Miami University’s international student recruitment across undergraduate and graduate programs. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Admission, the position focuses on building sustainable enrollment pipelines and advancing institutional goals through strategic global engagement. This role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to support the university’s international enrollment priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead the development and execution of international student recruitment strategies for undergraduate and graduate programs. – Oversee international enrollment strategy to support growth and diversification of the student population. – Manage and expand global partnerships that contribute to international recruitment objectives. – Oversee international agent networks and related recruitment activities. – Utilize data analysis to inform recruitment planning, decision-making, and performance evaluation. – Plan and manage international recruitment travel in alignment with strategic priorities. – Provide leadership and direction to staff involved in international recruitment efforts. – Ensure international recruitment activities align with broader institutional goals and enrollment objectives.
