Job Overview:

We are pleased to announce a dynamic career opportunity as a member of our Student Futures Directorate at Keele University. This role plays an essential part in evolving our Careers and Employability Service, particularly focusing on enhancing support for graduates and our Postgraduate Taught (PGT) and international student communities. As part of a newly developed directive, your contributions will significantly impact how we tailor our services to meet the diverse needs of students and enhance their future employability.

As an integral part of our team, you will:

  • Navigate the intricacies of graduate outcomes and deliver support structures for PGT and international students.
  • Develop innovative strategies that align with our overarching mission to boost student success in the graduate job market.
  • Foster community building and facilitate pre- and post-graduate opportunities through collaborations with employers, alumni, and other stakeholders.
  • Implement insights and interventions that help bridge the gap between academic foundations and real-world applications.
