Hospitality Training Academy

HTA is looking for a highly motivated, passionate, experienced, and dynamic professional to join us in the exciting new role of Business Development Manager/Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with migration agents and education consultants and building strong relationships to attract students from diverse global regions. The Role:
1. Student Enrolment:
– Develop and implement international and onshore student enrolment strategies to attract prospective students interested in our Hospitality programs.
– Identify key target markets and create tailored marketing campaigns to maximize student admissions from various regions.
– Utilize various digital marketing channels and platforms to promote HTA and its programs.

2. Developing Relationships:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with migration agents, education consultants, and key stakeholders in the international and local education industry.
– Attend industry events, education fairs, and conferences to network and expand HTA’s reach within the global education community.
– Collaborate with international partners to coordinate recruitment events and information sessions.

3. Market Research and Analysis:
– Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and challenges in the international education sector, ensuring HTA remains competitive and responsive.
– Analyze enrolment data and recruitment performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing approaches and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Proven experience in international and onshore student recruitment, preferably in the vocational education sector, with a focus on commercial cookery or hospitality programs.
– Strong network of connections with education consultants and key stakeholders in the international/onshore education industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve enrolment targets.
– Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Student Management systems for student recruitment.
