**Role: Business Development Manager – Channel Partnerships**

**About Oxford Saïd Online (OSO):**
Oxford Saïd Online (OSO) is an innovative online learning initiative, aiming to expand global access to the research and expertise of Oxford Saïd’s esteemed faculty. Our immersive and collaborative programmes provide learners worldwide with a transformative experience via cutting-edge digital education.

**Role Summary:**
As a Business Development Manager – Channel Partnerships, you will be instrumental in managing and nurturing relationships with our global partner portfolio. You will be tasked with retaining and growing these partnerships, ensuring mutual success, and advancing our ambitious goal to triple revenue over five years. This position is pivotal in shaping and optimizing how Oxford Saïd Online collaborates with partners, fostering strategic engagement, effective communication, and business development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Take full ownership of partner accounts, aligning partnerships with Oxford Saïd Online’s objectives.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
– Monitor and report on partnership performance using KPI frameworks.
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing partner accounts.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies.

**Qualifications:**
You must have proven experience in managing and growing partner relationships, with a successful track record in stakeholder engagement. An innovative and commercially astute mindset, with a talent for managing commercial processes and negotiations, particularly with senior clients, is essential. Experience in business development within a business school or educational setting, along with a strong interest in online executive education and Learning & Development, is necessary.
