**Candidate Profile:**
– Advanced degree with substantial experience in recruiting, enrolling, and retaining international students.
– Strong communication skills with extensive cross-cultural and international travel experience.
– Commitment to student success and engagement.
– Proven ability in partnership building, strategic planning, and team leadership.
– Experience in administrative, operational, or academic leadership roles preferred. Candidates with prior faculty experience may be eligible for a tenured position in a related academic unit.
