Job Title: Associate Director, Student Life Location: Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Wagga Wagga Salary: Level 10 ā $127,960 to $135,687 per annum (plus 17% superannuation) Position Overview: The Associate Director, Student Life will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Student Life team and implementing initiatives that support and enhance the student experience throughout their lifecycle. This newly created role will collaborate with stakeholders and staff to foster a high performing culture and drive positive change. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies and initiatives that improve the overall student experience across different touchpoints. 2. Collaborate with the Executive Director, Student Experience and key stakeholders to redesign and innovate key student touchpoints. 3. Influence and engage with stakeholders to foster a high performing culture and ensure the successful implementation of strategic plans. 4. Use data insights to develop a business development and growth mindset and achieve desired outcomes. 5. Provide strong leadership and management, leveraging past experience, to drive positive change and improve customer focus. 6.
