The University of East London (UEL) is searching for a passionate and dynamic leader to join its team as the Associate Director for Rest of the World Markets. In this role, you will be at the forefront of UEL’s international student recruitment efforts, leading strategic growth and diversification across multiple regions. Your primary responsibility will be developing and implementing a cutting-edge regional sales strategy, managing an energetic recruitment team, and fostering partnerships to bolster UEL’s global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a dynamic sales team to achieve student recruitment targets.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies aimed at ambitious growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and compliance teams for a seamless student experience.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets to ensure strong returns on investment.
  • Represent UEL internationally, promoting the university at key events and meetings.
