Our international community is an integral part of our identity, and we are seeking a new Associate Director of International Student Recruitment to help us expand into new markets and further diversify our student body.
In this role, the Associate Director of International Student Recruitment will lead and manage the International Student Recruitment Team, which includes the Head of International Student Recruitment and the Head of International Operations. They will develop strong relationships with our global network of agents and partners, representing the University of Exeter.
The Associate Director will also be responsible for expanding recruitment efforts in current markets and establishing the university’s presence in new regions. Additionally, they will enhance and promote Exeter’s reputation and brand internationally.
To ensure data-driven decision making, the Associate Director will contribute to refining systems and processes. They will closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand our current offerings and effectively communicate these to international audiences. The successful candidate will possess knowledge of international recruitment trends and play a role in preparing the University for future developments.
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership experience in international recruitment. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate their team. Furthermore, they will have a proven track record in data-driven decision making and line management.
