Miss Hall’s School is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Admissions. This role involves participating in all aspects of the admission and recruitment process. As a member of the Admissions team, the Associate Director of Admissions should display professionalism, a global outlook, initiative, and a genuine commitment to the School’s mission and core values. The position also requires domestic and international travel for student recruitment, hosting events on campus, conducting financial analysis, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families, and providing guidance throughout the application and admission process. Major Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students and families throughout the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
- Represent the school domestically and internationally for recruitment and related events
- Support efforts for student retention
- Assist in coordinating and planning special events, such as open houses and outreach programs
- In collaboration with the Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management, implement the school’s recruitment and marketing plans to enhance visibility and achieve enrollment goals
- Support the Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management in data analysis and reporting related to recruitment
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with admissions experience, or have five years of experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment
- Strongly preferred to have international recruitment experience and the ability to speak language(s) other than English
- Must possess strong quantitative skills, with experience in financial aid being desirable
- Excellent presentation skills with comfort in engaging with teenagers and adults
- Must have enthusiasm and ability to travel domestically and internationally for recruitment purposes, with preference given to candidates with global experience
- Exhibit excellent social skills and eagerness to meet new people
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to handle multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with proficient electronic media literacy
- Familiarity with social media and comfort in using current technology, as well as the ability to learn and utilize new software programs as necessary
- Capable of working independently and as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions while exercising good judgment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with students, families, colleagues, consultants, and the public, especially within a diverse population
- Openness to feedback, willingness to follow direction, and accountability for outcomes
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student-driven admissions efforts

Salary is benchmarked with NAIS medians and will be commensurate with experience
