Understanding the Role
This position works closely with the Director of International Enrollment Management to oversee admissions and recruitment activities specifically targeted at international students. Your role will involve managing the full admissions lifecycle-from inquiry to enrollment-and fostering relationships with key partners, such as international education agents and universities outside the U.S..
You’ll also serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO), ensuring compliance with visa regulations and issuing certificates of visa eligibility (such as I-20 or DS-2019). Beyond recruitment, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the international enrollment office and contribute to achieving the university’s global enrollment goals.

– A Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of work experience is acceptable.
- Professional Experience
– At least two years working in the field of international student enrollment, recruitment, or services.

- Specialized Skills (Highly Recommended)
– Experience with CRM systems: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software to track and manage student engagements is a plus.

– Prior experience issuing certificates of visa eligibility (I-20 or DS-2019).
