We are now looking for an Associate Director International to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment, Admissions, and International Development, the Associate Director International will oversee a team of approximately 22 staff, including colleagues based in China, India, Malaysia, and Nigeria. This role holds significant leadership responsibility in developing and executing the university’s international student recruitment strategy. As a member of the senior leadership team within the Division of Communications, Marketing, and Advancement, the Associate Director will collaborate closely with other senior colleagues, such as the Director of Communications, Marketing, and Advancement, the Associate Director Global Engagement, and the PVC Global and Civic Engagement.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience as an international recruitment practitioner, successfully developing and implementing international student recruitment strategies. They will also possess strong managerial skills to lead and motivate their team. Expertise in both existing and emerging international markets, as well as experience in developing and managing partnership and agent relationships, will be crucial for this role.
