We are now looking for an Associate Director International to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment, Admissions, and International Development, the Associate Director will be in charge of a team of approximately 22 staff members, including colleagues based in China, India, Malaysia, and Nigeria. This position plays a crucial leadership role in developing and implementing the University’s international student recruitment strategy. As a member of the Division of Communications, Marketing, and Advancement senior leadership team, the Associate Director will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues, including the Director of Communications, Marketing, and Advancement, the Associate Director Global Engagement, and the PVC Global and Civic Engagement.

We are seeking an accomplished international recruitment professional with a track record of successfully developing and implementing international student recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager capable of leading and motivating a high-performing team. Expertise in existing and emerging international markets, as well as experience in developing and managing partnership and agent relationships, are essential.
