We are now seeking an Associate Director International to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment, Admissions and International Development, and overseeing a team of approximately 22 staff, including colleagues based in China, India, Malaysia, and Nigeria, the Associate Director International will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our international student recruitment strategy. As a senior leader within the Division of Communications, Marketing, and Advancement, the Associate Director will collaborate closely with colleagues such as the Director of Communications, Marketing, and Advancement, the Associate Director Global Engagement, and the PVC Global and Civic Engagement.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced international recruitment practitioner with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful international student recruitment strategies. They will also possess strong managerial skills to lead and motivate a high-performing team. Expertise in existing and emerging international markets, as well as experience in developing and managing partnerships and agent relationships, will be crucial.
