Saïd Business School is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Associate Director, EMBA Recruitment and Business Development. This key position drives the recruitment, admissions, and business development initiatives for our prestigious Oxford Executive MBA Programme (EMBA), a part-time program designed to empower leaders in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
As the Associate Director, you will lead a dynamic team to meet recruitment targets, emphasizing diversity and supporting sponsorship opportunities. You will develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan in collaboration with the EMBA Programme Director, ensuring global reach and alignment with the objectives of Saïd Business School.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Attract and admit 140 high-caliber students annually, ensuring an outstanding admissions process.
– Preserve the programme’s international stature and uphold its reputation for academic excellence.
– Collaborate closely with central marketing and programme services teams to enhance the candidate and student experience.
– Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients, fostering long-term value and engagement opportunities.
You should have a proven track record of meeting ambitious targets, managing budgets effectively, and working collaboratively in a matrix environment. Being commercially astute, skilled in network building, and proficient in using CRM software for business development is essential. A commitment to teamwork, a passion for achieving results, resilience in tackling complex challenges, and the ability to forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders are also crucial aspects of this role.
