Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Office of Admissions to assist international students in their college application process.
2. Provide comprehensive support and guidance to international students throughout their study abroad experience, including orientation, workshops, and personalized communication.
3. Oversee the application and scholarship processes for long-term study abroad programs and provide assistance to short-term and long-term students in all aspects of their study abroad experience, such as academic and financial needs, health and safety support, and travel requirements.
4. Manage the selection and evaluation of study abroad locations to meet the diverse needs of students, working with campus and external partners.
5. Work with study abroad returnees and other partners to promote and market study abroad opportunities.
6. Assist in the administration of short-term study abroad programs, including internships and summer travel options.
7. Efficiently manage financial resources and develop risk and crisis management plans to support international students and ensure their safety while studying abroad.
8. Collaborate with the Director of OIE and internal/external partners to develop a strategic vision for internationalization efforts on campus.
9. Evaluate OIE programs and services and produce assessment reports as needed, in collaboration with the Director of OIE and other partners
