**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct recruitment efforts both internationally and domestically, representing the university at multiple events and fairs.
– Review and assess applications from international students for accuracy and completeness.
– Evaluate international transcripts for admission eligibility and academic placement.
– Develop and execute communication strategies to attract prospective students and engage with their families.
– Participate in both virtual and in-person recruitment events to promote the university and its programs.
– Forge and maintain partnerships with international schools, education agents, and counselors to support recruitment.
– Manage inquiries and applications using digital recruitment platforms, ensuring timely responses.
**Education Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
**Qualifications:**
– Valid Driver’s License and US Passport.
– Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Comfortable presenting to both large and small audiences.
– Proficient in synthesizing and communicating admissions data to university stakeholders.
– Experience with admissions CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Willingness to travel internationally.
– Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
