The Assistant Director of Education Abroad at Miami University is responsible for overseeing various aspects of education abroad programming, including data management, compliance with university policies, faculty-led program coordination, and more. This position is approved for remote work on a hybrid basis, with flexibility and workplace inclusivity being key values at Miami University. The Assistant Director will collaborate with a diverse team to create an inclusive environment for students, staff, and faculty.
Key responsibilities include data collection, compliance management for faculty-led programs, advising students on education abroad options, and developing intercultural and global learning assessments. Candidates must have a Master’s degree and supervisory experience, with preference given to those with leadership experience, proficiency in Terra Dotta systems, study abroad program management experience, and student advising skills.
