The University of Idaho is seeking an Assistant Director for International Admissions to work at their Moscow location. This position is categorized as exempt and requires a full-time commitment. The pay range for this job is $51,000 or higher and is dependent on education and experience. The Assistant Director will report to the Executive Director of Admissions and Recruitment, and will manage the day-to-day operations of the international recruitment team. This includes creating and implementing a strategic international recruitment plan directly linked to enrollment and international recruitment goals. The Assistant Director will also engage in international travel, student advisement, direct mailings/campaigns, recruitment events, and other special programing focused on the international student population. Other administrative duties include utilization of CRM (i.e., Slate), agent contract management, relations, and commission verification process.
To qualify for this job position, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in compiling and analyzing information and data, as well as planning, organizing, promoting, and implementing programs for large and small groups. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in student counseling, education, business or public relations, or other related fields, and extensive experience in recruiting, public relations, sales, marketing, or a related field. Applicants must be able to work cooperatively as part of a team with a variety of people, including students, faculty, and administrators.
