The Institute of Development Studies (IDS) is seeking an Alumni Relations and Engagement Manager to join the Fundraising and Development Office (FDO). As a leading research institution, IDS aims to transform knowledge and leadership for more equitable and sustainable development globally.

The FDO plays a crucial role in fundraising and development activities, including building donor relationships, fundraising, engaging with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and private philanthropy, bid support, partnership management, and alumni engagement.

As the Alumni Relations and Engagement Manager, you will lead IDS’s efforts to diversify revenue by focusing on alumni relations and (UK) trusts and foundations. This role will involve implementing the Strategic Plan for Alumni Relations and coordinating alumni engagement activities. Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
