Job Summary: Agent Compliance Manager at the University of Southampton

The University of Southampton is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and passionate individual to lead its Agent Team within the International Office. As the Agent Compliance Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping the university’s international recruitment strategies by utilizing your expertise with international agents in the UK Higher Education Institution (HEI) market. This position is pivotal in managing vital projects, ensuring compliance with the Agent Quality Framework, and fostering relationships with education technology partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee key annual projects such as agent commission payments, performance reviews, and onboarding of new agents.
  • Develop and enhance processes for high-priority projects to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with the International Agreements Manager on EdTech contracts within the international office.
  • Supervise the agent management team, overseeing workloads, evaluating performance, and inspiring team collaboration.
  • Work closely with departments across Global Recruitment, Admissions, and Marketing to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
