The Africa Oxford Initiative is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to oversee the AfOx Transitions Programmes. • Ensuring synergy between the AfOx Transitions Programme and other initiatives like the Research and Innovation Fellowships.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Significant programme management experience.
• Expertise in transitions or career support roles.
• Familiarity with the career development landscape in Africa and experience collaborating with African institutions.
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle varied workloads efficiently.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a focus on colleagues and partners in Africa.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and student admissions is an advantage.
