Admissions Officer at Queen’s University Belfast

The PG/UG Home and EU Admissions team at Queen’s University Belfast’s Global Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions Directorate is seeking an Admissions Officer to assist in providing centralized admissions services to potential students before and after application. The job involves assessing qualifications for non-centralized courses, as well as making decisions on undergraduate and postgraduate Home and EU applications, and is critical to delivering the university’s recruitment goals.

Applicants must have an Honors degree or equivalent qualification in any subject, along with significant experience in education, business, or office positions. The role calls for applicants with the ability to make autonomous decisions, handle non-standard and challenging cases, develop and maintain procedures, work with internal and external clients, and meet or exceed targets. Successful candidates should have experience in using various IT packages.

Alternatively, an applicant with substantial relevant experience in a similar role can qualify even if they do not meet the above criteria.
