AECC University College is seeking an experienced candidate to join their team in the Registry department. The role involves overseeing and managing an efficient and effective admissions service, including managing a small team and collaborating with colleagues across the University College to meet recruitment targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing recruitment activities, including both domestic and international markets, as well as familiarity with internal processes and external organizations like UCAS. They should also have experience in pursuing the international market and working with agents, along with knowledge of student visa matters. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong managerial and analytical skills, with the ability to provide management information reporting to inform recruitment strategy. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, as the role involves liaising with staff at all levels and collaborating with others to drive conversion efforts and improve processes. Flexibility in working hours is necessary to support key activities, including occasional weekend events. Applicants must demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK.

Registry is responsible for managing the student lifecycle and core student administration functions, from application to graduation, as well as academic governance and compliance.
