### Role Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to receive and process applications to the University in accordance with established policies, procedures, and entry criteria. This work is crucial to the financial stability of the University and demands a high level of accuracy. The post holder must stay current with the systems and processes utilized by the University’s Admissions Office, both for processing applications and for communicating with external organizations. They will closely collaborate with colleagues from academic Schools (e.g., Heads of School and Admissions Tutors), the broader Business Development and Engagement area, the Admissions Office in the UK, and Professional Services teams based in both Dubai and the UK. Additionally, the role involves responding to queries from various stakeholders, including pre-applicants, applicants, parents, teachers, and agents, ensuring an efficient and effective service throughout the entire applicant journey from pre-application to enrollment.

The individual will significantly contribute to the recruitment of students within the UAE and assist in achieving overall student recruitment targets and business development strategies. Responsibilities include organizing internal and external events, representing the University at recruitment functions, and coordinating visits for applicants, parents, sponsors, agents, and businesses. Extensive travel within the UAE, which could include weekends and holidays, is required. The post holder must be capable of operating effectively and independently under these circumstances.

This role may also involve managing or mentoring Administrators who support Admissions and Student Recruitment and will report to an Operations Manager.

### Person Specification
