The University of East Anglia (UEA) is seeking two exceptional Administrative Assistants to join their Admissions, Recruitment, and Marketing Division, specifically within the Admissions Service. These roles play a crucial part in supporting prospective students’ journeys to UEA by processing applications, preparing visa documentation for international students, and assisting with interview days and recruitment events. The positions are full-time, permanent roles, based on the UEA campus in Norwich, with a competitive salary starting at £24,685, rising incrementally to £26,093 per annum.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Processing international student applications, ensuring prompt and accurate data handling.
- Preparing visa-related documentation for students applying for a Student visa, a critical aspect of studying in the UK.
- Supporting interview days and events, showcasing UEA to prospective students and their families.
- Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone communication.
