section. The post for an Immigration Administrator is currently available part-time (0.6FTE) on a permanent basis, with hybrid working options available. The role involves supporting the University’s strategic goals in attracting top talent globally by providing visa process support and advice to international staff and ensuring UK Visa and Immigration compliance. The Immigration Administrator will work with colleagues across PS Connect to provide excellent customer service and support the day-to-day administration of systems and processes related to international employment. The role requires excellent communication and administration skills, with preference given to those with previous experience in human resources and recruitment. The role requires managing various aspects of administrative processes from the immigration mailbox inbox, document checks, visa reimbursements, and system updates to ensure compliance with Home Office regulations. The Immigration Administrator will work with a supportive Immigration Manager and Advisor.
