The Oxford Department of International Development (ODID) is trying to recruit an Administrative Officer, Young Lives. The Young Lives Administrative Officer will play a key position in offering administrative help throughout the Young Lives (YL) staff. The post-holder will report back to the Young Lives Programme Manager, working intently throughout the YL staff capabilities on key duties set by members of the Senior Management Team as detailed under. They should have the power and enthusiasm to proactively handle and prioritise a different and busy workload and work to deadlines. It is predicted that the postholder will present common administrative help throughout the entire staff. 

The profitable candidate will exhibit confirmed related administration expertise; curiosity in worldwide improvement; excellent organisational expertise; a excessive diploma of laptop literacy and wonderful interpersonal, communication and organisational expertise.
